Pressed is THE best. They listen to your feedback, are always growing and are so kind to the community. They aren’t just in it for the money. The passion is flowing out of this studio it’s contagious and will make you want to go back daily not only for the physical health benefits but mental. All of the instructors there have been awesome!! Never a waste of a class.

The owner, Katie, fosters a one of a kind community that I have never before experienced from a yoga studio. She takes the time to get to know each and every individual that walks through her doors, greets everyone by name, and overall has created a beautiful and welcoming atmosphere. I cannot say enough good things about Pressed and I am so happy to have found this studio to spend my time. Special shout out to Jordan, I love her Vinyasa 2 classes 😘

Jordan is my favorite, I love her style of teaching and practice. This place always has a welcoming environment and great times for classes. The oil scented cold towels are the cherry on top!
