Jaime Moreno RuizI visited this zero-waste shop to buy some body wash. After asking the cashier where to find it, I filled half of my 500ml container with the only body wash available, priced at 60p. When I went to the till, I was shocked to be charged nearly £6. Upon checking, I realized they had selected a more expensive product instead. When I pointed this out, the cashier didn’t seem surprised or apologetic. They quietly corrected the product and adjusted the price, but, oddly, the screen information suddenly turned off, preventing me from verifying the new product. It didn’t feel like an honest mistake—it seemed deliberate. I’d advise customers to carefully check the till screen when shopping here.
D & KSells insect-infested food, absolutely gross. I bought some rice from Preserve, when I got home I noticed it was crawling with bugs. When I returned to the store for a refund the same day, the staff member told me it were weevils and apparently this happened before. Not taking the risk to shop there again.

RattaExperienced rude staff. It’s not that you didn’t allow me to have the little paper bag. It’s the way you took it off me made me felt like I did something very much wrong. I am always reused, recycled without you telling me off.
