Because of past experiences, I have anxiety about dental visits and it takes A LOT for me to build up courage to go. I was greeted with immediate understanding over the phone when I called to request an appointment. I did not have to wait weeks to get in, as was the case with other places, since I was a new patient. I was warmly greeted as soon as I came in the door. Lily (and it might be Lilly-I made a point to look at her nameplate so I would know & I still forgot!) was my hygienist and let me just say, she was absolutely phenomenal! Patient, kind, thoughtful, and reassuring; she quickly put me at ease. Dr. Duncan is very approachable and thorough. She made sure to explain the why and I think that is so important! I am appreciative of the time she took with me even though it was getting late in the day. I am so glad that I made the appointment with North Alabama Dental! Highly, highly recommended!!
