*see addendum at end! Not happy with follow-up care with them for sure. Cut my finger they put stitches in. I go back to have them removed and they want to charge me a $50 copay again. This is not standard practice anywhere else I've lived. As far as I'm concerned this is follow-up care from the original wound. Pretty sure my insurance got billed for it to. I'm going to find out. I cut my tendon, they should have made a recommendation for me to go to a hand surgeon not to have it cobbled together. "Fast food health care." Shame on me I guess. *Left review stars the same. But... I would change them to five star based on their response to my review and the corrective action they took to make things right. They apologize and are following through on all aspects of my care. I believe that it was a misunderstanding at this point based on their verbal responses and actual care. And that concern was equally shared amongst all the staff. I have never had a review response like this, incredible.

Lexi is always friendly and makes my daughter feel super comfortable. Stephen was knowledgeable, gentle, and sweet with my daughter making her feel at ease at our last visit. We also really like Kerry. He is very knowledgeable and down to earth. Our waits are usually not too long when we check in ahead of time. Most of our visits are successful!

The staff at Premier Urgent Care was very caring and courteous when I was sick. Even though they were busy, they were very efficient and took care of me in a timely manner! They even checked in on me to see if I was okay or needed anything. So nice of them!

Premiere Urgent Care is great. The most expert care along with a caring and friendly, efficient staff. I wouldn't go anywhere else. We are lucky to have such a great facility in our community.
