I had an appointment to view a property which I needed to cancel due to work obligations. I called the office 4 hours prior to cancel. 10 minutes after the original appointment time I received a call from the agent who told me she was waiting at the property to meet me. The office never gave her the message. I rescheduled the appointment for a few days later and called the day before to confirm the time. I called several times before I finally got through to someone, then was told the property was already rented and no longer available. No phone call letting me know this. I’m glad I called because otherwise I would have wasted time driving to the location and waiting for someone to show up. The person I spoke with didn’t even bother to apologize for the poor communication. Just told me it was the agent’s fault (Khris) for not reaching out. Highly disappointed at the lack of professionalism and communication from this company.

My wife and I had a house we decided to rent and got in contact with Premier. There staff was fantastic to work with. Very professional and great communication. I would recommend this company to anyone!

RENTERS BEWARE! The leasing agent Khris Dietrich was very rude and unprofessional. Did not show the property and lied about the facts of the leasing process. When she was asked questions about the home she could not answer and got combative. Premier Property Management hires people who are unqualified to do something as simple as show a home for rent. SCAM LIKELY! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This is the worst rental company. Avoid at all costs. No one cares about their job. Incorrect charges, lost time from fixing their mistakes, poor communication; the right hand does not talk to the left. Awful. I don't know how they have 4.1 rating. Complete lies. I'd give them a negative twelve.
