We booked Lavender Hotel through Agoda and had one of the worst stays ever. The room we were given looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The only lights working were the lamps near the bed and mirror – no proper lighting at all. The carpet and sofa were filthy, the bathroom light kept blinking, and the flush didn’t even work. On top of that, in the morning a staff member knocked twice, so lightly that we couldn’t hear, then immediately used his card to open the door and started walking in until we stopped him. It was honestly creepy and very uncomfortable. Overall, this was a terrible experience – definitely not worth the money. -100/10. I’d strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at your hotel. The room and facilities were filthy and unhygienic, nothing like the photos shown online. The reality was completely different from what was advertised. Worse, the environment around the hotel was highly inappropriate and unsafe. There were numerous individuals engaging in prostitution who approached guests openly, creating a very uncomfortable and disturbing atmosphere. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and barely spoke any English, making communication very difficult. Despite booking for four nights, I could only tolerate staying for one night due to these issues. When I requested a refund for the remaining nights, my request was refused. This has been one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I strongly advise others not to stay at this hotel.

Me and my fiancé stayed here two times, and we loved it both times. The bedroom and halls have a cozy/romantic style which I highly recommend for couples. The bathroom feels luxurious and is refreshing for showers. The breakfast is good, you can even make a wish for tomorrow morning. The location is close to good restaurants, and it's quite easy to get a taxi to downtown. You can often get discount here in the app "Agoda"
