First pic is what I went in with, and the second is what I came out with! I had a total mess, which needed 2 colour lifts before we could start with colour. Elbita did an amazing job, it looked really good!! Did take 7 hours, but, my hair was a disaster. Came out to about $330 with tax!

I visited Premier Hair Salon for the first time and I am so very pleased. Elbita was able to update my look with a shorter style, the cut framing my face and adding layers for movement. Her assistant who shampooed my hair did an exceptional job. It was so relaxing, with a head massage and thorough washing and generous conditioning. The atmosphere is exactly what you’d hope for in a salon … friendly, inclusive and energetic. I’m a new fan.

This lady ruined my hair. At first she did a very good job at covering up all the damage she had done. She had me in her chair for over 5 hours while she argued with her husband and went out to shovel the driveway....I have never in my life experienced this type of customer service let alone hair colour exspertise I have silver tones I have yellow tones and I have brassy tones and I don't even know what tones. Pieces of my hair have fallen out due to the damage. She charged me 190 dollars to turn my hair into straw!!!!! This is going to take forever to repair. There is a reason she has been in business for over 25 years with very little review. DO NOT waste your money SAVE your hair and go elsewhere!!!!! She should be ashamed of herself and her business!

I have been a customer for many years this is the only place I will ever get my hair done! Professional service, high quality, reasonably priced and Elbita takes her time to make sure the colour and cut are perfect! This is a place that really makes their customers feel welcome and important. The atmosphere is elegant with a sense of comfort. Staff is professional and trained to meet the needs of a variety of styles and highlights. If your looking for a cut above the rest..... I recommend Premier for a fantastic new look or the same style that you enjoy!
