Dr. Low and his team are amazing. Like their name says, they have gone above and beyond what other dentists have done as far as treatment for my teeth. They give options and then let you decide what treatment plan best fits for you. And their office dog, Cheddar Biscuit is absolutely adorable. 10 Stars for Cheddar Biscuit!

Was immediately put at ease walking in the door. The very friendly front office staff are willing to answer any and all questions. The dentist seemed knowledgeable. However, getting clear information on billing was strategically vague. The truth became clear once the bill arrived. I ended up paying over $800 for 3 fillings. I have NEVER paid nearly this much for standard fillings. The are not in-network providers, for hardly anyone's insurance, as they laughed about. I cannot afford to stay a patient with this clinic. I feel like they tricked me, as they are experts with how their billing goes and should have been able to give me clearer estimates before treatment. Great clinic with top of the line equipment; if money is no object for you, go here!

Dr Low and his team provided me with a thorough understanding of their process for dental restoration. Education to me was the key factor in my decision to move forward with Above & Beyond Dentistry. I had some veneers and many crowns for over 20 years. During a cleaning at another dentist I was told I have a cracked front veneer that needing replacing. I had another veneer replaced some years back but that dentist did not get a good match to the existing color of the other four front veneers. As an artist I was very disappointed with the mismatch. I have a retired dentist in my community that goes to Dr Low. She has a very high opinion about his quality and care, so I went to check out Dr. Low. After multiple photos, visits in their office and an additional zoom visit I finally saw the big picture problem with my teeth. Dr Low gave me three different options to solving my dental problems. I just wanted six new veneers on the top. He showed me that there were multiple other problems, cavities, a gum problem that you will see in my photos and the biggest problem was my bite was so far off that 80 percent of my bottom teeth were coved by the upper teeth meaning they are wearing down daily from grinding against each other. I could do a minimum and they would look better, but the other problems would still have to be addressed and I still would not have achieved getting my bite correct. He showed me a photo of a movie star that only replaced the front six. You could still see a huge color difference when he smiled. I definitely would not like that end result. I could have asked him to make them the same yellowed color so they matched but I would not be happy with that result either. In the end, I felt the best decision for me was to have ten new ceramics on top and ten on the bottom so Dr. Low could correct my bite. I just turned 69 years old. I told Dr. Low and his super qualified lovely staff of people who assist him that my smile makes me feel beautiful, confident and healthy! I made the right decision for me with the right dentist! I am so pleased 🤩 I highly recommend Dr. Low. Their name is perfect… they are Above & Beyond Dentistry.
