Even though I did not become a customer of Preferred Lending Solutions, I felt compelled to leave a review based on the exceptional experience of customer service I received. I went to the location at 1600 Camellia Blvd Building F where I met a gentleman by the name of David R. I had been shopping all over Lafayette, LA for the best solutions to my situation and David was the first person I met who I felt genuinely listened to my goals for seeking financing. More than that, he made me feel like he genuinely cared about people and took his time gathering information and then proceeded to work very hard to assist me. Unfortunately, I did not meet their criteria, but that did not stop David from reaching out to associates in the same industry who he personally knew. After a few days, I assumed he had washed his hands of the situation, but I couldn't have been more wrong. He actually found an institution and connected me with a friend of his who was able to assist me in my situation. If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would. This is an example of humanity and genuine empathy for another person that this industry desperately lacks. Once my personal numbers improve, I will return here if I ever need any lending solutions and I will recommend them to anyone I speak to about financing. Hands down the best lender in the Lafayette area!! Thanks again David! P.S. No matter your pay, You deserve a raise!! haha

They helped us find our lender, set up the paperwork and even switched lenders halfway through the process when they found one with a more favorable APR.
