12/31/22 After an October 19th, 2022, major surgery, I was discharged with compression circulatory leg pumps, after a Cauda Equina surgery INSIDE the spinal cord canal. 1 of the compression leg cuff’s malfunctioned in December. I called the Company. They immediately sent out 2 more pumps and provided a return shipping label, which included a pick-up-at-my-home sticker. I’ve made sure to tell my Neurosurgeon, Pain Management Physician and my Primary Physician. I’m STILL recovering and still continuing to use the rechargeable compression leg pumps! As a Senior, I worry about blood clots when I’m not active. These Compression Leg Pumps alleviate my concern. Thank you for such a great product and unbelievably terrific Customer Service.

Update: I was contacted by a rep who has now fixed the issue and has informed my insurance company that I didn't receive the brace they were charging me for. I was very please with the way Sarah dealt with my issue. I had my 3rd knee surgery a year ago and was given a Corflex knee brace, even though i had my own custom brace. i was then brought a cooling machine to my house. i was told if my insurance denied the cooling machine I wouldn't be responsible for any charges. Well lets just say your company submitted 3 different claims for that machine (all denied) and then you submitted a claim for $899 for a $50 brace. the brace on your claim states you gave me a Bioskin brace, Not true. I have made many attempts to get your office in CT to correct this and they say nothing but I owe you money. I have seen company s overcharge the insurance but never I have seen by this much. I will make sure with any of my other surgeries that the doctor doesn't use your company.

Update 6/14/2016: I was contacted by the company after writing this review. Once I got ahold of a human there, everything was great. Apparently this was a weird circumstance of the insurance company sending me a check which was in fact money owed to Precision Medical for a piece of equipment used during knee surgery. The person on the phone explained it all to me, told me who to talk to at Blue Shield, and then followed up with me once I got the check. Got a very weird bill/letter from them. They claim that the insurance company gave me money that should have been theirs. The bill claims that I bought (or used?) a Pneumatic Half Leg device. Tried calling the phone number on the bill. Goes to a voice menu system that doesn't ever return a result. Tried operator. No answer. Tried calling their main number listed on website, weird voice mail.

Had knee surgery Nov 3,2018. My surgeon ordered two separate ice treatment apparatus's to be delivered prior to surgery. Didn't receive tgem until a week after surgery. The only reason I even received them was because I received a call to ask how the in home ice and knee brace were working. Thank GOD my mother is a Registered Nurse, because I would have had worse swelling than I already had. I could have cared less if the delivery lady was in scrubs or niice clothes, just get rid of your flippen BLUE gum, stop snapping the bloody stuff, stop showing the nasty BLUE goo. I informed my surgeon about this ordeal. My surgeon fully aware of my back ground and the utmost of professionalism, this was and is totally unacceptable. I have request my surgeon to use any other Medical Supply Company for my future up coming surgeries. Today on 12/3/2018 I received another call to see if I received my equipment. REALLY 3 WEEKS AFTER A SURGERY! Dang, I tried to let the caller know of my experience all she wanted to know was about the equipment, not about how rheir equipment was working or how my experience has been with their delivery and equipment. Thanks for the degrading, demeaning experience. Thanks but no Thanks for your bloody equipment.
