Called today 09/23/25 early morning for garage door issues automatically transferred to agent trying to understand charges for inspection and service. Straight away trying to set an appointment in very rude he disconnected . phone after 3 more times he disconnects received massage from technician Jealon very nice guy set an appointment for around 1.30. Pm came on sharp understand problem with good recommendations.explain costing for the service and fix. Did it with in 30 minutes 5****** for him but for agent who was on phone need to upgrade being in service industry 1/5*
