Brought my car in because I had a coolant leak. Was charged $1200 to fix the issue along with an oil leak repair . When the car was retuned the coolant light was still on and then additionally the check engine light turned on within 7 mins of my 15 min ride home which was not on when dropped off. I reached out and they said they could do another inspection and if it isn’t related to the work they had done, I would be charged $126 for an inspection in which I had already paid that when I brought the car in the first time. I left with more issues that we came in with for $1200

I brought in an old Mercedes and to make a long story short; They did a perfect job and charged me less than they quoted me. On top of all that, they even helped with tips for doing some of my own repair work. I couldn't be happier.

Alex's garage is always consistent, does not skimp on keeping you updated, knowledgeable and reliable, with friendly staff to boot. Had to have my car towed from Hillsboro to here to get fixed after getting ripped off at MVP Volvo. Glad I did. Car is running the best it has since I got it a year ago. Highly recommended!

Calm, knowledgeable, and composed staff that offer a premium service. Their prices reflect that, but they value their reputation over a quick buck. In depth descriptions of everything they do with the car. Frequent communication. Reasonable compromises if it comes down to it. I was frustrated with the issues my car kept having but the staff was very understanding and had my car back on the road soon after. Will use these guys (for a fifth time) the next time I can't handle the repairs myself.
