DanielI was looking for shoes for vacation with support. I never thought that a company would spend so much time finding me the right shoe. Normally, I spend 30 to 40 on shoes, but 170? The shoes felt amazing, with no pain, cushion, and comfortable for long walking (especially at Disney). People are right th3 better shoes are th3 most expensive. I must have tried on 10 pairs looking for the right one, and the associate was so patient and knew what I needed. Definitely coming back, I'm going to be a long time customer.

Jennifer K.Totally dropped the ball on a holiday present ordered the first week of December. After not hearing from them as promised, I decided to walk into the store thinking they possibly had the wrong number. Nope!!! They had no clue the shoes I ordered never came in! They didn't stay on top of their customer's order purchases. If they had, and the product was out of stock, I could have been notified and gotten them elsewhere. Total disaster and a bunch of excuses without much empathy. Tried to sell another pair, not close to what I needed with no guarantee for delivery by Xmas. Of course not, it's now the 20th!
