Spartan Home Services installed my solar and battery backup system. This company is amazing and I could not have ask for anything more! Dayne walked me through the whole process, kept in touch with me continuously through each step and was extremely prompt with returning a phone call or text message. He really goes above and beyond to answer any and all questions or concerns! I was never left wondering “what happens next”. Spartan has several contacts throughout the installation process and every person I have spoke to was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in their specific area. Everyone really goes above and beyond to complete their task and also to make sure you are happy and left with all questions answered. For me, communication is key, and Spartan is amazing at it! My installation from start to finish only took a couple of months. As far as I am aware, there were no “hiccups” that prolonged the original estimation of completion. Everything has moved very smoothly and exactly on time as originally explained by Dayne. There were no surprises! I am very impressed with this company and everyone employed with Spartan!

Dane, Robert, Joel, Jose, Jose and Carissa were amazing. From the initial visit for estimate by Dane all the way through the project the communication from Dane, Carissa and Robert was great. I appreciated even the text of we are just waiting for the rain to stop. Robert, Joel,Jose and Jose did a great job. They even left the property/yard cleaner than they started. We had a great experience working with Forrest from Spartan Home Services on our roofing and solar project. From the very first appointment, Forrest was knowledgeable, transparent, and easy to work with. He walked us through all of the calculations in detail to make sure we had the right amount of solar and battery capacity so we could minimize what we pay to PG&E. He was also joined by his trusty colleague Luna (his dog), which definitely made that first visit more memorable. Timing was critical for us because several financial incentives were expiring at the end of 2025, and Spartan absolutely delivered. Their crew completed roof removal, roof replacement, and the full solar installation in just three days. The team was professional, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves every day—leaving minimal debris behind (and yes, it’s hard to catch every single staple). If you’re even thinking about roofing or solar, I highly recommend meeting with Forrest. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure the system is designed right the first time. We’re extremely happy with both the process and the results.

Buying a home in December is supposed to be exciting… and it was until we found out we needed a full roof replacement almost immediately. As new homeowners, that was a stressful surprise to say the least. We reached out to multiple companies for quotes, but from the very beginning, Spartan Home Services stood out above the rest. Kyle came out quickly and gave us one of the most in depth and transparent quotes we received. He took the time to really explain everything, what was happening with our current shingles, what our options were, and why a TPO roof would be a better long-term solution for our home. There was zero pressure, just honest education and clear communication. That made our decision easy. Once we moved forward, James and his crew handled the full reroof, and I can’t say enough good things about them. They worked incredibly hard, were professional the entire time, and kept us informed throughout the process. Switching from shingles to a TPO system felt like a big change, but they walked us through it step by step and made sure we felt confident in the investment we were making. We also had a major storm roll through just before the project, and Robert was absolutely amazing coordinating emergency tarping within 24 hours to protect our home from leaks. That level of responsiveness gave us so much peace of mind during a stressful time. Carissa was fantastic with communication and follow up from start to finish. She made sure we always knew what was happening next and checked in consistently throughout the project. And Colbey following through with the final clean was the perfect finishing touch. The attention to detail and care didn’t stop once the roof was installed. From start to finish, Spartan Home Services delivered professionalism, urgency, communication, and quality workmanship. What started as a nerve-wracking homeownership surprise turned into an experience that honestly exceeded our expectations. We could not have asked for a better team or a better outcome.
