Where do I even start?! First, Sydney came recommended to us by a very highly regarded venue which already spoke volumes about her professional reputation. When we booked our caterer, DJ, and other vendors, they all expressed relief when they heard we were working with Sydney. She’s well known in the local wedding community as a strong project manager and someone who’s both great and easy to work with. It was clear we weren’t the only ones who felt lucky to have her on our team! From our first discovery call, right through to all of our planning meetings and site visits, she was bright, passionate, and her love of weddings was abundantly clear. Her excitement was contagious, and her practical advice and thoughtful, informative answers to all of my questions helped ease all of my wedding planning anxieties (and there were many!!). I felt supported, understood, and genuinely cared for every step of the way. I’d call her a miracle worker, but that honestly sells her short — the magic she creates isn’t luck or divine intervention, but rather it’s the result of hard work and years of experience planning and executing truly exceptional weddings. When things went off plan (and something always does) Sydney and her assistant worked lighting fast to come up with a solution such so that guests wouldn't even know there was a change. When our after-party van didn’t show up, Sydney had cabs organized and en route to our remote venue within 10 minutes. Only a planner with strong local connections and a great reputation could pull that off! My wedding was truly one of the best days of my life and I have Sydney to thank for that. I would (and have!) recommend to her my best friend with complete confidence. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would!
Sydney was hands down the best day-of wedding planner we could have ever asked for. From the very beginning, she was calm, organized, and completely on top of every detail. She made sure all the vendors knew the timeline, stayed on schedule, and handled everything behind the scenes so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. More importantly, Sydney was a huge emotional support for us. She helped us navigate the inevitable wedding day anxiety and even managed to keep things smooth despite some family drama. Her steady presence, professionalism, and kindness made all the difference. Honestly, without Sydney, our wedding would not have been what it was or might not have happened at all. She truly made the day perfect, and we are so grateful we had her by our side. If you’re looking for someone who will not only keep your wedding running flawlessly but also keep you grounded through the chaos, Sydney is the one. We couldn’t recommend her more highly!
