This is such a chilled place with easy drinks and nice guys behind the bar. It has 3 little sections, front bar, a mid cozy couchy area and a lovely patio! Drink prices are same as anywhere in Toronto I'd say.

LOVE Sweaty Betty’s!! 12/10 service and drinks and comfy vibes always, love everything they do and stand for ♥️ My only gripe is the amount of (presumably) straight dudes taking up space, in what is one of the few queer spaces in the city. Of course all are welcome and happy that SB is making money, but it sucks when huge groups of bros take up most of the seats, stay the whole night, and dont make room for the rest of us :/

I love this bar. Sweaty Betty's is an institution on ossington... Hole in the wall that's as comfortable as us anybody you ever been in any you know it's American city for sure. When my out-of-town New York friends come in.. This is the first bar I take them to probably when they want to go to something is very Toronto and something very eclectic. The bar is just spare.. there's a few tables around. The tops are always good full of craft beers and they know how to make a cocktail here and they know how to pour stiff drink. The staff is great and engaging and needs to talk to. I like to leave them alone when they're busy because they're doing their jobs. The back room is nice because it's like a living room or a den ... Cozy chairs , couches, or place to hold a cocktail party. I find it quite nice the whole place during the day when they open at 12:00 before it gets too busy because that place gets rammed on Thursdays and through the weekend. There's also a patio out back that's heated.. which is a great addition. I'll see you there.

I Can’t Remember the guy that served me tonight’s (Monday, January 26, 2026) but it’s my first time in Toronto or flying in general and he was the most comfortable I have felt since I got here!! So sociable and friendly with every guest, definitely should be an example for other staff
