Just recieved an order and I'm disappointed they sent out fabric in this state dirty, smelt musty with mould on, looks like it's be dragged through the mud . I know it was a special offer but no idea what some of the fabric is nothing I've seen in thier website. Even if I wanted to wash some of the fabrics I don't think the stains will come out. I've emailed pound a meter asking for a refund and a postage lable. I really would like to know how they are trading like this. as I've never had fabrics delivered in this state from anyone before.

I ordered their mystery bags and it should’ve been called a ‘biohazard bag’. I am so dissapointed. All the fabric arrived damp, smelly and dirty. I’m absolutely disgusted frankly can’t tell what half the dirt is and there was bugs on some of it. A lot of the fabric was damaged too. Have emailed hopefully I get a refund since I’ve had to bin it :( the fabric bundle I ordered also didn’t arrive and was replaced with 3 random fabrics I didn’t want. There’s too many photos of the dirt and poor quality so I’ve just put a few up to give you an idea. Also to add they forgot to post it out for two weeks… I had to chase up

I've emailed and left several phone messages with no response from Pound a Meter. Order was supposedly dispatched on 27th May, still hasn't arrived and I've no idea if the shop is still open. Cannot recommend them.

I have been patient and wish I had used my regular Company Pound Fabrics who are quick, send quality and are easy to reach. On this order, despatch extremely slow, and it's impossible to phone Pound a Metre. When you email you wait many days for a response. Order placed on 19 September, received damaged on 30 September. Its now 11 October and im doublful the replacement will reach me eirher. On initial order Courier didn't leave with neighbour as directed and then the parcel was lost in transit for days thereafter and was sent to the opposite side of the Country, courier useless I helping. We emailed Pound a Metre for help and waited days for a response this happens every time I make contact. Fabrics damaged, one with grease spots and one with holes. The cotton reels were smashed. A replacement was sent and I'm still waiting 7 days later for that. I've now discovered that replacement has been wrongly addressed to a different address. I've tried to have that rectified but again, I've emailed and now I will wait another 3 or 4 days for a response. Fingers crossed I eventually receive it in good order with a bit of luck, but never again will I order from here as its been a bad experience and I'm running out of patience unfortunately, and that's why I've taken the time to write a review. If I was able to reach them to discuss by phone I'd be more pleased.
