They have delivered to my storage area before a few times and always the driver is great help and positive attitude. This time I did my own warehouse pickup. The service was good but it was tricky finding the location at grace rd in Surrey as the signage was limited.

Ever since Kindersley got bought out, and has been required to use Vitran as their lower mainland LTL provider, the service with Kindersley has dropped significantly. Their customer service, while friendly and compassionate, is unable to work around the incompetence of Vitran. I would warn anyone from using their services until this is resolved.

These guys never gave me any information, I always had to find everything out first myself even though I paid for it. The day of delivery, I took a day off work because it was a big shipment. It said online it was out for delivery. 2 hours pass by after the set time of 3pm. I call and there response was. “We don’t have the number for it and it is just too big for us to deliver right now” and again I had to find that out for myself by calling them and I have to go out of my way to pick it Up myself.never using this company again and when I tell you to be Cautious, be cautious.
