SOLD! What a relief!! Actually as soon as I met Marty’s team, I felt reassured and in-good-hands. Marty & team were communicative, flexible, helpful, and responsive throughout the entire process - Pospischil Realty Group is more than just a bunch of Realtors, because their coordinated constellation of people also includes ‘cleaner-uppers’ & ‘fixer-uppers’ such as: an estate sale project manager, expert junk hauler, staging designer, handyman, probably a housekeeper (or very detailed thorough cleaning person), etc - and a myriad of expert people swirling around working with us to get our property prepped and listed! Signing with Marty’s group was like engaging the real estate version of a one-stop-shop! They took an overwhelming complex job off our hands, they zoomed into our cluttered, decades old, neglected estate home —and ‘presto’ turned it into the happy, inviting, cozy, charming vintage home that it used to be - In less than a week, our house was listed, sales brochures, data sheets, even floor plans - were sent out, and 3 days after that — 9 offers! I’m looking back at our communication thread and it has been a mere 18 days since our first meeting Marty - and now our house is officially sold, and above asking price too! PS: It’s also fun to know that Marty has an educational Youtube channel. I almost forgot that watching his informative online videos helped me set my own realistic market expectations, and also gave me an understanding of the up-to-date local real estate climate.

Pospischil Realty Group is definitely the way to a successful house sale. Selling a family house after 43 years is a challenging undertaking. We interviewed several realty groups, and selected the Pospischil team. Marty has a clear understanding of the market and of the people whose homes he is selling. He listens, is always accessible, and walks one through the real estate maize with knowledge and understanding. He has excellent people skills and in the selling process he also clearly connects with potential buyers. House showings were on a regular basis as potential buyers made contact. Marty kept us updated about the buyers and their views/reactions. In a real estate market fraught with uncertainties, Marty and his team provided expert advice/guidance and always positive support. Two weeks later we found ourselves in Marty’s office considering multiple offers. The sale was above the asking price. An excellent outcome in such an uncertain market.

Marty Pospischil and his team were the most professional real estate team we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. From the moment we attended their downsizing seminar late last year we were presented with a wealth of information in a beautiful handout that we could keep and peruse at our leisure. After photography and videography, a beautiful color handout was created, and the listing went live on their website. They connected us with a handyman and electrician for minor repairs in getting the house ready for selling. They were fantastic. Marty and Tracy and Steffi attended the private showings which was attended by many potential purchasers over 3 days and provided us with detailed feedback at the end of the session. The day of the offers was very exciting, and we had a bidding war which resulted in an accepted offer after only 7 days on the market. Jennifer who did the staging was so lovely and did an amazing job with while really respecting the owners' taste. I wish we could have kept some of the items. After the sale was finalized, Marty provided us with a list of things that needed to be done which made it so much easier to remember. We really appreciated Marty's attentiveness and how quickly he responded to our needs. Marty and his team are great listeners and have anticipated many of our questions and wants.
