Their electrician, Kirk, worked incredibly hard and was both professional and thorough - he went above and beyond to ensure everything was done safely and correctly. They replaced our 50-year-old electrical panel and discovered that the previous electrician had incorrectly pig-tailed aluminum wiring. Kirk took the time to repair and redo it properly, ensuring our home’s wiring was safe and up to standard. Their pricing was very fair compared to other quotes, and what impressed me most was their responsiveness and integrity - phone calls were returned promptly, scheduling was easy, and the entire experience felt honest and stress-free. I was given a list of electrical issues to have fixed by my home inspector. Some he considered urgent and others sensible. I contacted Positive Power Electrical Services as recommended by Atco (being new here). I sent list to Positive Power and was given an appointment. All urgent fixes were done, some of the recommended done, and others set aside for future. There was an issue with some wires in the garage that I didn't understand, I was given a patient explanation that helped me to a decision. Just excellent service efficiently done.
