A shout out to Janice at Poshbag Boutique! I had wanted to purchase a specific bag as a gift for my sister to mark a milestone and I had been looking online for months keeping a few items in my various shopping carts. Poshbag Boutique finally had a sale and I decided to purchase from them and I am so happy that I did! I was lucky enough to be able to chat with 'Janice'. She was kind enough to hold the actual bag in her hands while we were on the phone and while I zoomed in to all of the online photos she looked at the real deal and we were able to discuss it. As good as customer service can get instore or online. She was professional and personable and clearly cares about her products, clients and customers. The bag arrived promptly and was so well packaged; it was nice to see that even though I had purchased the bag on sale, the customer service was not diminished at all. I was treated very well and the bag itself was better than described on their website. I will absolutely purchase from Poshbag Boutique again and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone else considering dealing with them. I am already Christmas shopping at their shoppe! I was nervous at first because I’ve never sold online before however the process was super easy and any questions I had I got responses right away! Once I shipped my bags it took less then 48 hours to get to them and be authenticated. After this I was paid via e-transfer. From beginning to end my experience was amazing with Poshbag Boutique! I found all of their communications with me to be professional and friendly. They responded to any questions I had in a timely manner- even sending me additional photos of the bag upon request!! I used the layaway feature and found the whole process to be super efficient and easy to follow. Almost immediately upon sending final payment I received my shipping notice and the bag shipped to me so fast and arrived on time! When I opened the package I was blown away by the amount of care and detail put into the presentation of the bag with an additional Poshbag dust bag and tissue paper confetti- it felt like when you buy a purse from one of the luxury designers and they take the time to wrap your purchase up to make it special. I thought it was amazing that Poshbag takes the same time and care to provide a similar experience when buying pre-loved from them! Also the bag itself arrived in AMAZING condition and was even better in person!!! I love my new bag. So happy to have a Canadian luxury consignment like Poshbag and will definitely use them again!
