Jim Hendersen and Portside Travel provided amazing service and helped us select the Iberostar Playa Mita resort for our 50th wedding anniversary trip. We travelled as a party of 16; kids, spouses, and grandkids, and everything was perfect! Accommodations were as promised, airport transportation for 16 was top notch, check-in/check-out at resort was easy. Great job Jim for arranging all the details. A lot of memories were made.

Jim and Allison did a wonderful job of coordinating and managing our recent Royal Caribbean Alaskan cruise with 5 close friends and family among a huge group of Veterans. This included hotel, cruise ship, shuttle and excursions reservations. They kept us apprised of all requirements and changes along the way including tracking and applying for discounts offered by the cruise line. We had never used a travel agent before, but now that we have a great one, we will definitely work with Portside Travel again for our future travel.
