Natalya coordinated our move with professionalism and thoughtfulness. The relocation staff were very friendly & had excellent communication with us the day before our move & the day of to keep us updated. Our belongings were moved with care and work flow was efficient. We paid a fair price and our move was completed on time. Myself and my family appreciate Portland Movers for helping us with the obvious (heavy lifting/carrying) and in particular the staff experience relieved a lot of the stress of moving. OMG. Best experience ever. The level of customer service was just stellar. The level of communication was excellent. The day of our move they called to let us know one of our 3 movers was sick. They lowered our rate for just 2 movers. The workers showed up ON TIME. They worked fast and smooth. I had an Ikea glass cabinet that was really fragile and I was so anxious. They moved it NO PROBLEM. Everything was strapped down in the truck, wrapped, and secure. They even brought a couple boxes for our awkward shaped stuff. Nothing was broken. They moved quickly and efficiently. They put everything where we wanted. The movers were polite, organized, just chill and genuinely cared about doing a fast and good job. I felt taken care of and safe. If you're looking for movers please give them a chance. We need businesses that actually provide good services and give you exactly what you pay for. Moving can be expensive but this company is well worth the price. Less stressful, less trips back and forth, just so excellent. I LOVED my experience with them. 20/10 rating. 11 stars. 1000% recommend. I posted a pic of the cabinet they moved with ease and didnt damage at all.

We moved to Portland from Salem and couldn’t have asked for a better moving experience! Christian and his team were extremely efficient, friendly, and careful. Their impeccable attention to detail to strategize just how to pack things the most efficient way was impressive and very appreciated! The price was more than fair for the amount of work, time, travel, and effort the crew put in. Natalya was also great to communicate with when getting the initial quote and scheduling. She responded to emails and calls quickly and was happy to help answer our questions at any moment. Highly highly recommend these guys for your moving & packing needs!
