Portfolio Property Management took over our last management company and I can tell you that they are doing 100 percent better than the past one. There is better communication, they have a quicker response time on fixing issues. They do landscaping every week and it looks wonderful. They keep the dumpster area locked and cleaned which is something that completely was let go by the other company. There were bug problems. I’m really satisfied with Portfolio Management and if you ever wanted to rent from them Ashley is the person to talk to!!! She is fantastic!!!!!
