Mohamad was the salesperson and had the car ready for her and met us on time . He was extremely polite and very knowledgeable . Arrangements were made to have the car picked up the following week and everything that was promised including the installation of winter tires were completed. He made the purchase of her new (new to her) car painless and a very positive experience . It was amazing for her. The car looked brand new and had a red bow on it when she picked it up. Everybody involved in the process including the finance manager George and the sales manager Michael were all excellent in dealing with.
