Dub SeedWasn't greeted on entry, Ordered set 3 breakfast, everything was delicious except the sausage was bland. Tea had no teabag in it. Strong perfume on non-verbal waitress which overpowered the room. Clean place with plenty of seating. One of the cheapest and tastiest around if you can put up with the rest.
