Yes, you will have to wait your turn in a busy, income based facility. Let me just say right now it is worth the wait. They are so nice and respectful. I have been the victim of medical discrimination in other places because I am obese, but here instead of shaming me or refusing me treatment because of my weight, they’re helping me try to lose weight. I am so grateful to be a patient here, they’re affordable and kind and that means the world to me.

We came for my mother. The staff is really busy helping others but was nice. After id, proof of (no) income and residency, you can get significant discount/free treatments. They gave us appointments fairly quickly and helped us through the process. Thank you Mercy Care and contributors/founders!

1)They never answer the phone. 2)Multiple times even i was the first patients i had to wait more than hour to just get inside of the doctors office. then wait another hour for doctor to come and see you. 3) They made you come 30 minutes early for your appointment (it was 15) then you wait another 1:30 hour after your appointment time.

Although we love the pediatricians, after 5 years we are looking elsewhere. They take forever to answer the phones and will have you waiting in the lobby for an hour just to tell you that they cannot see you… even though we are current patients with a sick child. Its sad.
