Had a bad experience when coming to the store to buy some items when I saw a sign up front stating “We’ll be back in 30.” I understand there must be a reason but there should be a time stamp to let customers know when to come back. Unfortunately I was one of 6 customers waiting outside with no clue when the store would re-open in the middle of the day during business hours. There is no accountability from the staff, after waiting over 30 minutes, the store remained closed.

The store manager Cindy is very rude to customers and staff. I overheard her being just blatantly rude to one of the staff that was just trying to do her job. On top of that while we were getting checked out she gave us so much attitude because we didn’t want to sign up for there rewards program. Very sad that’s who was chosen as the manager/face of this location
