I’m extremely disappointed with Attrell Toyota’s service department and to the Adviser named Bruno. What he did last Friday agreeing to my go to mechanic on helping and as soon as I dropped the call he sent me home like nothing happened. brought in my car for an issue that turned out to be part of an active recall, yet they completely ignored it. Mechanic said since the computer did not show any codes of malfunction they wont have any proof to initiate the recall. Instead of replacing the defective part, they let me drive my car home knowing there was a safety risk. They ask me to bring the car once the “Hybrid System Malfunction” shows again. The hard and scary part is when that happens the car suddenly just stop moving which is very unsafe when driving on a highway. It’s really unacceptable and irresponsible. I trusted them to handle my car properly since its the TOYOTA brand they represent. If this is how they treat recall-related issues, it really makes you question their commitment to customer safety. Second Photo attached was a diagnosis by my trusted mechanic who begged the Attrell Toyota Adviser Bruno to help me with the recalled part.
