I came in with a lot of hesitation about making the jump from ICE to EV, especially since I have a long commute, and he took the time to really listen and walk me through every detail. He wasn’t pushy at all—just informative, accommodating, and genuinely focused on helping me make the right decision. He even worked with me on an extended test drive, which made all the difference in getting comfortable with the car. Mike also stepped in on the final touches, and I can’t thank him enough for making sure all the title work was handled exactly how I wanted it (I know I can be high-maintenance on the details).
