Raffi was the agent we used for our first home purchase in San Francisco. He was always very responsive, and when he was out-of-town during closing, was able to get us good coverage with a colleague of his. I think Raffi has a good understanding of the local San Francisco market, as well as the ins-and-outs of the real estate purchase process (i.e. contracs, contingencies, etc...). He was willing to tell us when he thought we were being foolhardy as well, which is important from a good agent. Once we found our home, Raffi was able to help us negotiate a better purchase price.
