Excellent initial engagement with a competative price. Really liked, following engagement, the imediate issue of a "Desk Top" survey which was very informative. The quality of the survey and report (Level 2) was also excellent, it was detailed and informative. The only downside was that the follow up call didn't happen as scheduled but that was quickly rectified by a call from the surveyor (Paul) the following morning.

I recently used PMG Architecture & Surveying for a L2 Survey on a house which is currently being purchased. The communication from PMG was great, and they kept me updated with every step of the process. Initially I was going to use another surveyor, but this fell through and PMG followed up with me at the perfect time. The turnaround from initial acceptance to booking the survey, all the way through to reporting was also very quick and efficient (about 2 weeks from initial booking). The report was clearly presented, and we even had feedback from our vendor that the surveyor (Paul) was really nice and professional. Would highly recommend using PMG for your next survey!
