Had a nightmare sourcing a replacement cartridge for a mixer tap. Got served by two young legends, Aston (Ashton) and Ross, who dug deep into the random world of parts for me! Really helpful pair and the banter was fun too! Between us, we matched up a potential contender and took a punt! Just like Cinderella's shoe, it fits, and I scored huge man points at home! Cheers Beys, I'll try and get some beers to you!! 🍻🤙 Oh, and this is what the RS4 looks like with the top popped. #carporn

Required a new replacement wc seat. Katie went above and beyond with help and assistance to locate one from utopia success. Fitted perfectly. Purchased a replacement kitchen tap yet another success. Excellent service and polite staff.

I'm not a plumber so I needed advice! (Toilet bowl replacement and needed to match the existing cystern which butted up to it). It took me three visits in the end.... because of my inexperience I kept finding another knackered seal or small leak!! The staff were excellent and with good humour helped me through the project. Many thanks !

I found the staff really helpful and they couldn't do enough for me. However, the products that they are selling are very poor. The copper push fit elbow leaked off the bat so i had to replace all the piping as they were too short, the inlet valve that come with the cistern was faulty so that was replaced which then subsequently didn't seal properly on the 90deg isolator valve which then ended up stripping the thread trying to tighten it. The cistern was all chipped on the inside, the cistern button broke within 2 flushes. Would I go there again? No probably not.
