Plutonic Cleaning Services

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent cleaning service I booked through your application. I requested two ladies for a duration of three hours to clean three rooms, specifically: • Two rooms sized 4x5 and 4x4 meters • One additional room (standard size) Unfortunately, the service did not meet the expected standards. One of the ladies was extremely slow and did not clean properly. When I pointed out certain areas that were clearly not cleaned, her response was that she “didn’t know” those areas were to be cleaned, and that she was only cleaning “from up to up.” This is completely unacceptable. As a customer, I expect your team to understand that when a cleaning service is booked, it is for a thorough and quality cleaning — not a surface-level task. To make matters worse, I tried to reach out to your supervisor/customer service for assistance, but my calls were ignored.

We are beyond impressed with the service provided by EcoFix Team yesterday, the team performed a deep cleaning at our home, and they were simply exceptional. Every corner was spotless, every surface gleaming Equally impressive is the quality of their regular cleaning service.
