On Oct. 30th, we had Tyler come to our condo to discuss getting a new toilet, new shower head, valve and shower handle, cleaning out the drain and a new tap for the kitchen sink. Such a most friendly and personable gentleman. He presented us with 4 different options and explained them in detail. There was no pressure as to our choice. Two days later on Oct. 2nd, Tyler and Ben showed up on time and installed a new Toto toilet, a new shower head, a new shower valve and handle and a new kitchen sink faucet as well as using an auger to clean out the shower drain. Both Tyler and Ben were knowledgeable and so pleasant to work with. All of the work was completed to our satisfaction, as well as cleaning everything up and showing respect for our home, in a little less than 3 hours. They brought the toilet and all the new plumbing items with them and took away the old toilet as well. Both my wife and I were so pleased with their work and the manner in which they explained everything. We would certainly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work and will call upon them if we have any plumbing work in the future. A very grateful thankyou from Susan and Ross.

Had a great experience with plumbs up Orangeville. I called at 7:00am explaining that my drains would not go down and they had a service truck at my house by 9:30. Tyler and Ben were very thorough in explaining my options and their recommendations. They had me fixed up and on their way by 11:30. Would recommend to anybody.
