Josh and Dominic recently completed extensive plumbing work for us over three days and we are very impressed with their high standard of workmanship. Josh was our primary contact and he was extremely helpful in providing solutions for various plumbing issues, and he did a final run through on completion to ensure everything was working as it should. Both Josh and Dominic arrived on time each day. All work areas were kept clean and waste material was removed. We have been a customer of Plumbers Direct for several years and have always been more than satisfied with their service.

Plumber's Direct did a thorough repair job of a leaking toilet for me. I am very pleased with their work. I spoke with Mel to book in the job, and she moved things around to get it done promptly and took my availability into account. It's always nice to have a laugh on the phone when you're feeling stressed, and Mel was that person for me. The plumber, Josh, was very knowledgeable. He considered a couple of ways to fix our plumbing issue, and was prepared to go with a Plan B option when his first plan didn't work out. He explained what had caused the issue clearly, and he was a pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond to future proof too, resealing some tiled floor. I highly recommend this business, and they are now my go-to plumbing contractor for future jobs.
