I called Mark to replace my parents old main sewer pipe that was blocked with leaves and branches. My parents live in Fabreville and we were happy that he agreed to do the job even though it was far. Super satisfied with his work and his professionalism. It’s hard to find honest people in that line of work ,but Mark was nothing but honest and upfront. He explained everything in detail. Highly recommend.

Their service was very professional. They were very honest and explained every step very clearly. They cleaned up the work site upon completion (they even pressure-washed the dust off of the neighbor's cars). They even had the city come and replace the valve in the sidewalk simply because it was good practice (that didn't cost us anything extra). We had to wait a few weeks before they could do our job, but their price and service were so worth it.

Had a water back up end of September 2022. Rang Marc Collin to check my sump system. Short - he replied, came to look, sent an estimation by email and then came to do the work. $1500.00 Unfortunately I needed more work done. Small job. Short. Marc came to look, then sent two plumbers to do the job. They did not have a clue what was required. Limosi was recommended. Amazing gentleman! Fixed the problem and added that I did not need the second sump pump!

I highly recommend Chronos for their honesty and ability to get the work done even under difficult circumstances (heatwave). Compared to others, their quote was clear and reasonable. And importantly, when the final bill arrived, the sum matched the quotes; no nasty surprises. Was informed by my city that Chronos is among the best in my town to replace principal sanitary line with installation of new pluvial line. Avoid shady contractors who say they can get the job done on the quiet without needing to obtain city permit. Mr. Collin is a very honest person.
