My experience with VIP was nothing short of extraordinary. I had a big excavation and pipe replacement job to undertake, and I had my concerns choosing VIP since I wasn't able to find many reviews regarding their excavation experience, mostly regarding drain unclogging. Nevertheless, I trusted their rave reviews on Google, and it was a VERY good decision. They are fast, resilient and honest. We had to replace the drains in our basement floor, which started off as a smaller project (just the mechanical room at the back of the house, due to a slow-draining kitchen sink and bad pipe slopes) and turned into a larger project when we realized that the remaining pipe sloping wasn't adequate and that the state of the existing pipes would require an eventual replacement. The owner Charles, who I dealt with from my initial inquiry and who was extremely responsive throughout the entirety of the project, convinced me that a patch job isn't a viable solution and that the entire scope should be completed at once to ensure no sloping issues in the future when we replace the rest of the pipes; lo and behold, upon reaching the mechanical room with the correct slope from the front of the house, there was a 3" difference in height that needed to be corrected! Thankfully, this correction was easy because the floor had not yet been poured. All of this to say that VIP has the experience you need from a company when taking on a project of this size. It should be noted that the conversion from small job to larger job was handled with the utmost professionalism: Charles cancelled the concrete truck for the next day and had his guys back the day after to complete the excavation and the rest of the job! Many other companies would have delayed the overall project by many days or even weeks, citing planned work and unavailability. Even with the curveball, the entire job took five working days, which would have been at maximum four days if we planned the entire job from the start. Charles provided an adequate workforce for the excavation, such that it wouldn't last many days, and the new pipe installation and concrete pouring were done quickly and efficiently. All team members were extremely professional, ensuring to protect the floors during the excavation process. They were tidy and cleaned up after each day. Special mention to Mike! This guy is a machine. He was efficient, polite and had the necessary skills for the job. He listened to questions and provided clear responses. You are definitely in good hands with Charles, Mike and the rest of the VIP team! At the end, you will truly feel like a VIP.

I had a clogged kitchen sink for a week and Costa D. from Plomberie VIP unclogged it within 10 mins... He even helped us cleaning under the kitchen sink after. I am so glad that I called !!! It isn't cheap but definitely worth the money !!! Highly recommend it ! It was also very simple and fast to get an appointment.
