The previous bad reviews are a good reflection of how these people operate. 0 stars for professionalism, integrity and a good final product. The receptionist will talk over you, if there's a problem she will tell you to figure it out and will hang up on you during the call. The plumber is disorganized and complains a lot. Will show up for a consultation without an appointment at any time of the day. Then for the actual job, will give you a day but no timeline. For our consultation, he showed up at 7pm on a Friday night without any notice. If any issues happen with the actual job, the plumber has zero problems raising his voice at you if you call to advise him of the issue and ask that they need to be fixed. If he damages your counters or anything else during the job, he will avoid taking responsibility and deny doing the damages. Or he will try to make a bandaid fix to avoid big costs. Either way, it's not acceptable. As for the plumbing itself, there were areas that were not tightened enough which is concerning since we were doing our kitchen sink and it could potentially lead to water damage. Generally this demonstrates that he is careless and not professional. Just looking at how they respond to negative comments should be proof enough of their lack of professionalism. There is no quality of service from beginning to end. Avoid at all costs.

Unprofessional and unethical. Total disregard for rules and regulations in place. Acted as if the laws apply equally to everybody until he is the victim. Somebody from the company came around because, allegedly, a truck and tools had been stolen. It would seem he found everything except the tools thanks to air tags. Came into our condo building (private property...) without any invitation and started putting up posters for the tools. Asked me if he could look around the basement as if he had some sort of authority to do so. I told him to go ask the police for that permission. Inspector Poireau then went snooping into the basement parking lot anyways. Reminder that this is on private property without any permission... I really didnt like his way of doing things, I dont care where he is from.... Update, Feb.9 2025 Received a letter by the mail. Sounds like some unfounded accusations in that letter... See picture.
