Its a long time that I am waiting for final quote. After 5 days I sent several emails and the response is, I prefer to have my answer by email, Francois is on the road. Had a new gas furnace installed for a good sized water boiler system as part of a bi-energy upgrade. The installers could not have been better. High quality work, very clean, and professional. They communicated with me and made sure that all the little details met our needs. Would highly recommend.

Contacted them to get a quote for heat pumps. One of them came, inspected our house, had a lengthy conversation, and told me it would take him about a week to put together the quote. After a week and a half, having received nothing, I contacted both the general email address as well as the guy who came to the house. No one replied. After two weeks, another email produced an auto-reply that he was on vacation for the next two weeks. Not sure why they needed a week to send us a quote when everyone else is able to do it in a day, but more importantly, why bother coming out if you won't send me a quote or respond to my messages? Such poor service. Go elsewhere for a heat pump!

Very good service! Very nice man, Ash was polite and efficient. He tested the Furnace boilers after to make sure they worked.
