Today is my first visit and I’m so happy I found them. The staff is so welcoming! I was greeted by Sylvia whom checked me in with a warm smile. I also had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Joyce at the front desk who is super friendly. Marcos was very informative and polite. J2 (Joyce) was also very kind and friendly we had a great convo. Ray did awesome with my labs and was also very courteous, and last but not least Dr. Sawhney was so awesome she addressed all of my concerns and needs and helped me navigate to get all of the documentation I needed for my visit. I have definitely found my new doctor’s office and feel confident I’m in good hands with the staff.

They are not perfect. But one thing I can say is that they are consistent. I’ve been looking for a closer OBGYN and I’ve had a hard time finding any that aren’t booked out or don’t answer the phone lol. Even when they are busy they call you back. I’ve been on hold for 20 mins once but I work from home so I didn’t mind waiting. Typically offices like that will hang up on you but they never do. I’ve been a patient with them for nearly 7 years and I’m not going anywhere. I don’t know who the actual Dr is and I’ve seen numerous practitioners. All pleasant and well mannered that made me feel comfortable. Their phlebotomist is THE ONLY PERSON I TRUST TO TAKE MY BLOOD. I use to be a fainter, and would get nauseous but not one time with him. That’s how I knew it was the phlebotomist that was the issue not me. So they have me for life as long as they don’t move further away lol. The staff is always nice no matter how busy they are. Everyone smiles back and will converse with you if they aren’t swamped. I like the fact that’s it’s majority woman because I feel like I’m understood more when things aren’t going right because their more compassionate, I can only speak for myself on this matter because everybody has bad days. I say give them a call try them out! They are efficient and quick. They listen, I don’t feel rushed and when they can’t help they refer you to someone else.

I had an outstanding experience during my visit to Nurse Dear’s office. The level of care provided by Nurse Dear and his staff was truly second to none. He was exceptionally thorough and approached my health concerns with a holistic mindset. For the first time in over 20 years, I was thoroughly educated on medications I’ve been taking regularly—his attention to detail was something I genuinely appreciated. Following my consultation, his RN administered several tests and procedures. She was absolutely incredible. Her bedside manner was exemplary, turning what could have been awkward moments into a comfortable and professional experience. She’s a complete 10 in every way!

I recently went to this clinic for the first time and everyone from the front desk to the medical assistants in the back were nice. Mrs. Porras the provider I saw that day was very nice and took her time expaining everything to me and her medical assistant Brenda was very nice, friendy, she made me feel comfortable as if I had been a patient for a while even though it was my first time. I highly recommend this clinic!
