I recently bought a winter jacket for my 7-year-old son from the Tommy Hilfiger store. He wore it for one day and told me it didn’t fit properly and was uncomfortable. As a parent, I want my child to feel warm and comfortable in winter, so I went back to the store to return it. However, the staff told me they could not accept the return because it had been used. I explained that kids sometimes cannot decide immediately whether something fits them well, they need to try it for a few hours to know if it’s comfortable. Unlike adults, children may not express discomfort right away. The store still refused the return, and the way it was communicated felt dismissive. I believe the company should review this policy, especially for children’s clothing, as comfort and fit can only be judged after wearing it briefly. I am not satisfied with the experience, and I hope Tommy Hilfiger considers making the return process more flexible and customer-friendly in situations like this. I think it’s better to buy from Costco, as their return policy is much more flexible and customer-friendly.

I recently purchased a winter jacket for my 7-year-old son from the Tommy Hilfiger store. The jacket was well-made and had the classic quality I’ve come to expect from the brand. After wearing it for a day, though, my son realized it didn’t fit him comfortably. When I went back to the store, the staff explained that they weren’t able to accept the return because the jacket had already been worn. I understand and respect that this is part of their policy, especially to ensure fairness and maintain product standards. At the same time, this experience made me realize how tricky it can be to judge the comfort of children’s clothing without actually letting kids try it in real-life conditions. A bit more flexibility in cases like this could make the shopping experience even more reassuring for parents. Overall, I still appreciate the quality of Tommy Hilfiger products, and I hope the company considers small policy adjustments in the future to make the process even more customer-friendly.

The quality is very good , the service is very good, but the prices are on the higher side , you need to shop their sales and sign up for their on line emails which gives you coupons , it all helps.
