I sold 4 bags + 1 pair of boots for $44 (yes, they pay cash on spot & you need an ID to drop off clothes for review) Quick & easy drop off. Got a voicemail 1.5hrs later to pick up remaining items. (pick up time expectation was set before I arrived which is good) Staff is friendly. Highly recommend calling before you go so you can plan your visit. They didn’t take any of my clothes because they don’t buy formal clothes. They are more into basics and casuals.

I was very disappointed with this place because they want name brand stuff but they don’t pay even a fraction of what it’s worth. They took some very good and new stuff, like Uggs and clothes and gave me $50 for all. They paid $14 for a brand new Uggs and I had 2 pairs. I really regret giving my stuff, I should have just taken all my stuff and walked out. I will never give anything next time because I learned my lesson. That was my first time and it will be my last going there.

Went in today to sell some Victoria secret bras that I haven’t worn, only one still had the tags. The girl said it would only take about 10 minutes to get the pricing for them and that I could look around the store and someone would call for me when they were done. 45 minutes later, I don’t get notified so I go to the counter just for them to tell me they are only accepting the one because the others don’t have the “tags”. I only got $4.90 and waited for 45 minutes just for that. They should state before hand that they don’t accept undergarments unless they still have the original store tags still attached. Definitely not happy about this.

Brought two bags of my clothes there to sell and they only took like 6 pieces only. They take very limited clothing with specific styles. Not complaining about this but kinda disappointing. They offered 35$ for the 6 pieces and when I got to my car I realized they only gave me 25$. The cashier miscounted and I didn’t want to go back to ask for the rest. I walked around the store briefly and their styles are definitely limited to teenagers only. Not too much stock for me to choose from either. Overall just a disappointing experience and would not go again.
