Don't trust them! Sara acted as dual agent and did some really shady things. Including pretending she didn't know the rates for FHA loans. On final walkthrough all the appliances were gone, handles missing from cabinets, rooms halfway painted. After closing discovered broken windows had been covered by plastic and the place was filthy. Definitely buyer beware and don't sign a buyer's contract.
