The pricing wasn’t clearly explained upfront, and the final cost was higher than I expected for such a simple job. The lock works, but the whole process felt unprofessional and stressful. Wouldn’t rush to call them again.

Most trustworthy locksmiths! The bolts at the top and bottom of the door would not come out. We had a different emergency locksmiths come out and wanted £1200 (+ £300 for a temporary lock) to replace the whole lock system as it was “apparently broken” and “unfixable”. These guys came out and fixed it for £85 (call out charge) as it was not broken at all, the mechanism just needed to be cleaned out. And they advised even if it was broken we wouldn’t have needed a temporary lock they would have just taken the bolts out so you could at least lock it temporarily with just the normal lock. I really cannot recommend these people enough they are clearly not one of these that are just out to make as much money as they can out of you.
