R AAls Gruß aus der Küche wurde ein Ciabatta und Oliven serviert. Beides sehr gut. Die Welser Bäcker bringen so ein gutes Ciabatta nicht zusammen. Bitte die italienischen Getränke so beibehalten. Wo gibt es schon ein Moretti Bier vom Fass. Bei den Pizzen würde ich etwas weniger Mozarella verwenden oder einen weniger intensiven Käse. Auch beim Rucola könnte man etwas sparen. Vielleicht auch etwas weniger Olivenöl. Trotzdem waren die Pizzen spitze. Nur an der Ausgewogenheit der Zutaten könnte man noch etwas feilen. Der Service war top.
