I had a truly miserable experience from start to finish. The customer service was unhelpful, the delivery process was chaotic, and there was a total lack of communication throughout. From the vendor to the shipping carrier, the entire chain was disorganized and frustrating. There were no clear instructions, no updates, and no accountability. It’s no surprise experiences like this contribute to why customer service standards continue to decline in the U.S. I expected better, and unfortunately, this was nothing but a waste of time and energy.

Dock workers destroyed a few thousand dollar cabinet with a forklift. It was concealed damage and our customer opened it 1 day after the 5 day grace period. Pitt Ohio wouldnt accept the claim or any responsibility. Never using them again.
