I just had the pleasure of meeting an amazing mechanic and person today named Chris at PIT STOP MOBILE MECHANICS. He comes highly recommended, and now I see why! I reached out to him to fix my mom’s 2017 Nissan Rogue alternator, and Chris truly went above and beyond. First off, he was not just prompt; he arrived about 20 minutes early! I wasn’t there when he arrived, but he wasted no time and got right to work. Upon examining the alternator, he discovered the battery was completely dead and took it upon himself to charge it using his own car-talk about going the extra mile! But that's not where his helpfulness ended. My mom had a loose bumper, and without a second thought, he popped it right back in place without asking. I have never met a mechanic who is as courteous, professional, and genuinely pleasant as Chris. My sister and I chatted with him for a bit, and he’s just an all-around amazing person. I’m extremely pleased with both the quality of the work and the pricing. He even took the time to box up the old alternator for us! If you need a mobile mechanic, Chris is your guy-he’ll come straight to you. Please, and I mean please, reach out to him for your car needs. You can see the care he puts into his work, and you won’t find a more honest person in the business. I can't wait to get a few more things fixed with Chris! First and foremost Chris picked up the phone while he was working on a car. Which has been a challenge with other mobile mechanics. He was upbeat and professional and the took the time to explain the process and options. We agreed on a time for him to visit and he was on point. As a matter of fact, he was even a bit earlier than I expected. He swiftly and gladly repaired my car. Chris knows his craft and left me with the impression that he values trust and integrity. Chris was a blessing! I bought a collector car that numerous mechanics didn’t know what was wrong with it and even wanted me to junk it! I found Chris on Nextdoor and he was a true blessing!
