I had Justin come by to repair two running toilets and a leaking kitchen faucet. He returned my call promptly and let me know he would try to fit me in the next day after a scheduled job. He followed through exactly as promised and stopped by to take care of everything. His work was excellent, he clearly knows what he’s doing, and his pricing was very fair. I’ll definitely contact him again for any future plumbing needs.

Alert: I hired Justin Mc Nish of Pipes “n” Drains plumbing based on strong reviews but my experience was very disappointing. He came to fix my toilet, and within 10 min. of him leaving the toilet stopped functioning properly again. I informed him immediately (within 10 minutes of him leaving) and gave him the opportunity to correct the issue. He promised to come the next day, even gave me a one-hour window, so I rearranged my schedule and rushed home to accommodate. He never showed up, ignored my calls, and only later sent a brief apology saying he had an “emergency.” When I asked when he could return, he told me he would only come back if I paid him again, claiming it was a new issue. He even hung up on me during the conversation. I gave him every chance to stand behind his work, but he chose not to. Instead, he demanded more money rather than taking responsibility. This was unprofessional, unreliable, and costly. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this plumber.
