You can really feel that the staff care about making your visit enjoyable. The food is absolutely delicious! Everything I ordered was fresh, flavourful, and cooked perfectly. Whether you’re stopping in for a quick bite or a full meal, you won’t be disappointed. One thing I love about this location is the great deals they offer—it makes eating out feel like a treat without breaking the bank. Combined with the cozy atmosphere, it’s a perfect spot for families, friends, or even a relaxed solo meal. I am very excited to know that we have two Pipers Arms in the Durham region! I would like to say however I do prefer the Whitby location although this was my first time visiting this location. The ambiance and vibe were just a little more welcoming and upbeat here. The service and staff are spectacular and the food comes out hot and fresh! We came for my wife's cousins birthday and we ordered a plethora of food. Steak, Calamari, Nachos, Soup, Chicken Wings, and a few other items but I cant quite remember off the top of my head. All A1 and as such I'd highly recommend this place to any future diners. Best of both worlds, one side we have a bar and another we have a family friendly environment.

Amazing food and prices are great! I had the white wine mussels (they also have curry mussels). I also had the yorkshire pudding. It came with lots of roast beef, mashed potatoes, carrots, broccoli and cauliflower. All ingredients were very fresh! The service was wonderful and the atmosphere is relaxed with a high end, upper class feeling.

The food was fantastic, especially the steak—it was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. Big compliments to the chef! The service was just as impressive. Our server was very friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. They really added to the overall great experience. Highly recommended!
